Aura Femme Atelier currently ships within Australia. All orders are dispatched from China.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1‑3 business days after payment is confirmed. During new drops, sale periods, or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option available at checkout. Most orders are expected to arrive within 5‑12 business days after dispatch.

Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. Orders are packed discreetly, without product details shown on the outside of the parcel.

Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email where available.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Aura Femme Atelier is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please provide a valid Australian mobile number at checkout. Our expedited shipping (5‑14 business days) requires a local contact number for Australian courier delivery. Orders submitted without a valid phone number will only be processed via standard shipping (10‑25 business days).
