Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Aura Femme Atelier. Please read our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Change of Mind
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference once an order has been dispatched.

Hygiene and Safety
For hygiene reasons, intimate wear, bodysuits, sheer pieces, date‑night apparel, and related intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, worn, tried on, washed, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess whether the defect is manufacturing‑related or caused by wear, washing, misuse or customer‑inflicted damage, and offer a suitable solution where applicable.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Final Sale Items
Sale items, promotional items, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
