Returns and exchanges

We want you to feel confident with your Aura Femme order. Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are only accepted when items meet the conditions below.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

For hygiene reasons, intimate bottoms, bodysuits, hosiery, accessories, and final sale items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Return window

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Change of mind

Change-of-mind returns may be limited due to hygiene requirements. Please check the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Shipping costs

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
