Do you ship within Australia?

Yes. Aura Femme ships to customers across Australia. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method available at checkout.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Every order is packed with privacy in mind. The outside of the parcel will not display obvious product descriptions.

How do I choose my size?

Please check the size information on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.

Can I return intimate items?

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted when items are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Some items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect.

What currency are prices shown in?

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Do you offer gift packaging?

We are working on private gift-style packaging options. For now, orders are packed discreetly with privacy in mind.
